Orders 
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Shipping Policy:

We use UPS as a shipping method.  Shipping rates are valid for all 48 continental states in the United States.  Upon placing an order, your product will be shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed.  All orders will be delivered within 2 weeks of original purchase date.  All shipping fees are addressed at checkout.  No additional fees for shipping will be incurred, see refund policy for our shipping return policy.

Refund Policy:

Smart-Ties does not allow returns of merchandise.  All sales are final.
